The things people usually ask before booking.
Do you post for me?
No. The Uproot builds your strategy, helps you work through your blocks, and gives you a system so you can run your account yourself. If you want the posting side handled, that's under my management side and we can talk about it after. Plenty of people do coaching first and management later.
When does it start?
Whenever you're ready! There's no cohort to wait for, which is the upside of 1:1 coaching.
Do I have to be on camera?
Camera coaching is a core part of the program. You don't have to arrive fully confident, just willing to learn and try. You won't be thrown into the deep end on day one though, so you'll have time to ease into it.
What if I have to miss a week?
Life happens and we reschedule. Sessions have to be used within eight weeks of starting so we don't lose momentum.
I've never really posted before. Is this still for me?
Yes, The Uproot is great for anyone at any stage in their social media journey. Starting from scratch is often easier than fixing years of inconsistent posting, because we build it right from the ground up. You'll finish with a clear plan and the confidence to actually use it.
What happens after the six weeks?
If you want continued support, I offer Monthly Advising that can be a great add-on to help keep you accountable and make sure you stay on the right track.
